We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery across complex enterprise projects. This role partners closely with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Pay Rate Range - $50-55/HR on W2 ONLY 

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements management for multiple large-scale projects and programs

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to define business needs and project scope

• Analyze current-state processes, create future-state process maps, and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation

• Partner with executives, department leaders, and vendors to ensure solutions align with business objectives

• Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications

• Support solution design, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live hypercare activities

• Develop user guides, operating procedures, and training materials

• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience

• Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects and vendor engagements

• Strong requirements gathering, business process modeling, and solution design experience

• Ability to work across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in retail or technical environments

• Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and/or Miro experience

• CCBA, CSM/PSM, or BPM certifications
