Our client is looking to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.The Customer Support Specialist will be the initial point of contact for real estate appraisers and inspectors across the U.S. and Canada, providing 100% digital chat support with no inbound or outbound phone queues. Specialists will manage 2–3 simultaneous chat conversations, providing prompt, professional, and friendly Tier-1 support. Responsibilities include answering general software and account questions, guiding customers through basic product navigation and workflows, resolving common issues using internal knowledge bases, and escalating advanced technical or data-recovery issues to Tier-2 technical specialists.

  • Openings: 6

  • Location: Oklahoma City

  • Pay: $19.00/hr

  • Duration: 11 weeks; possibility of extension (not guaranteed; based on needs of the business)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support through live chat.

  • Assist users with basic software features, account settings, report exports, and routine workflow questions.

  • Use internal knowledge bases, product guides, and technical resources to resolve common customer issues.

  • Identify recurring questions or documentation gaps and flag them for the technical documentation team.

  • Accurately triage and escalate complex issues such as database errors, sync conflicts, and advanced operating system faults.

  • Gather necessary information for seamless escalation to specialized technical teams.

  • Document customer chats, issue categories, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a digital, chat-based, or office environment.

  • Previous experience with chat support or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce Chat, Zendesk, or LiveChat is helpful but not required.

  • Strong written English skills, grammar, digital etiquette, and ability to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.

  • Must be able to type with proper grammar and at minimum 50 words per minute. Typing proficiency should be screened prior to submission.

  • Comfortable with Windows, web browsers, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and digital searching.

  • Able to navigate multiple browser tabs and chat sessions while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly use internal resources to find solutions.

  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to adhere to assigned schedules.

  • Deep technical or IT infrastructure experience is not required.
