Solomon Page is partnering with our client, a global beauty and consumer products company, to hire a Training Content Developer for a remote contract. This part-time role will support an enterprise ERP upgrade initiative by developing and maintaining training and enablement materials that drive user adoption and readiness.
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 2-month contract
- Pay Rate: $57.14-$71.43/hour
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update training and enablement materials supporting an enterprise system upgrade.
- Create content for user acceptance testing preparation and end-user training initiatives.
- Translate system, process, and subject matter expert inputs into clear and engaging learning materials.
- Design and refine PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, job aids, quick reference guides, and related training resources.
- Organize, consolidate, and maintain existing content into cohesive learning deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end users throughout the content development process.
- Revise training materials as business processes are validated and project requirements evolve.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and AI-enabled productivity tools, to support content development and management.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience developing training, learning, or user enablement content in a corporate or project-based environment.
- Strong content development skills with the ability to transform source information into polished, user-friendly materials.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written communication, content design, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-enabled tools.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades.
- SAP or SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and enterprise end-user training programs.
