Our client is seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Trafficking Specialist to support the internal Paid Search team with the day-to-day execution, trafficking, quality assurance, and performance monitoring of paid search and YouTube advertising campaigns.
This role focuses on paid acquisition for sports campaigns and involves building and trafficking campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and creative assets using platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Display & Video 360 (DV360)/YouTube.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and/or YouTube advertising, strong attention to detail, and an interest in developing their understanding of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). The candidate should also be comfortable collaborating with media buying, marketing, and business intelligence (BI) teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and traffic paid search and YouTube campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and creative assets.
Perform quality assurance (QA) of campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards.
Follow established campaign naming conventions and third-party (3P) tagging requirements.
Assist with keyword research, bid strategy development, and ad copy creation.
Monitor campaign performance and delivery against flight dates and budget targets.
Proactively flag performance or delivery issues and recommend adjustments, including makegoods, in coordination with the media buying team.
Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation.
Collaborate with internal BI teams to resolve data discrepancies and campaign naming issues.
Assist with billing accuracy, invoice tracking, and invoice submission.
Communicate campaign progress, performance learnings, and advertising platform updates to the broader marketing team.
Required Qualifications
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and/or YouTube advertising.
Experience supporting digital advertising campaign execution and trafficking.
Familiarity with campaign setup, ad groups, keywords, and creative assets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify campaign setup, tagging, naming, and data discrepancies.
Ability to monitor campaign delivery against schedules and budget targets.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with media buying, marketing, and BI teams.
Interest in developing knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs across search and video advertising.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A detail-oriented digital advertising professional with 2–3+ years of hands-on paid search and/or YouTube advertising experience.
Familiar with Google Ads, SA360, and DV360/YouTube.
Comfortable building campaigns, performing QA, monitoring budgets and flight dates, and identifying discrepancies.
Able to coordinate with media buying and BI teams to resolve campaign delivery and reporting issues.
Organized and comfortable managing campaign details, invoice tracking, and reconciliation tasks.
Strong communicator who can share campaign updates and learnings with marketing stakeholders.
Interest in sports or experience supporting sports-related advertising campaigns is a plus.
