We are looking for an Executive Recruiting Researcher for a 12 month, fully remote, contract assignment. This position plays a key role on the Executive Recruiting Team, serving as a strategic talent research and intelligence expert - and on a global scale.
- Pay rate range 65-75/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- strategic sourcing
- acting as an SME on market trends and providing data-driven insights to help calibrate searches
- candidate engagement
- project managing multiple global requests.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience as a Talent Researcher and/or Sourcer with at least 1 year focused on executive-level roles
- Ability and willingness to engage talent across multiple time zones and international borders
- Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and effectively communicate data and market intelligence
- High level of curiosity, agility and collaboration.
