We're seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics & Insights to help drive digital growth through data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.

• Pay Rate Range - $50-55/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

• Analyze digital sales, customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion metrics

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders

• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization and growth

• Support Digital Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology teams

• Translate complex data into clear business insights and stories

Responsibilities:

• 3–5+ years of analytics, business intelligence, or digital insights experience

• Strong SQL and large dataset analysis skills

• Adobe Analytics experience preferred

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools

• Digital commerce, web analytics, or e-commerce analytics experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to turn business questions into actionable recommendations

Preferred Experience

• Retail or e-commerce environments

• Customer behavior and conversion analysis

• Google/Meta analytics and reporting

• SimilarWeb, Edited, or other third-party analytics tools
