Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team. As an Occupational Therapist / OT you will create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan, utilizing equipment and exercises to support the patient’s progress. Within this role, you will consistently update medical records and provide reports when necessary.
Job Details:
- Location: Brooklyn, NY
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with flexibility for a later start time (up to 10:30 AM); must work 8-hour shifts
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active New York State OT license
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively problem-solve
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
