We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a high-visibility global brand acquisition and integration initiative within a major Professional Products organization. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, scope, budget, documentation, governance activities, and stakeholder communication across a complex enterprise environment.

• Pay Rate Range - $45-50/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end project plans and system implementation workstreams
• Building and maintaining timelines within ServiceNow (or compatible project management tools)
• Partnering with Global and U.S. stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Retail Systems, eCommerce, Consumer Data, and Omnichannel teams
• Identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and providing executive-level status reporting
• Supporting governance processes and leadership approval checkpoints across Global, Zone, and Local organizations
• Developing presentations and project updates for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Strong IT Project Management experience
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, including timeline management and demand/ticket creation
• Experience leading or supporting systems implementation projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams in a global environment
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
