We're partnering with a leading technology organization seeking a Freelance Web Producer to support the delivery of web experiences across multiple digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of UX, content and digital production, helping drive projects from concept through launch. This is a temporary/contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with UX, content and cross-functional stakeholders to move web initiatives from planning through execution
- Serve as the primary liaison between UX/design teams and content delivery teams
- Manage project timelines, requirements, dependencies and launch readiness
- Coordinate content implementation, approvals and stakeholder communication
- Lead QA efforts, including reviewing content, functionality, accessibility and user experience before launch
- Monitor launches and ensure a smooth handoff into production
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Web Producer, Digital Producer, Web Project Manager or similar role
- Experience working with UX, content, creative and development teams
- Strong understanding of website production workflows and digital content management systems (CMS)
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong QA, troubleshooting and launch management skills
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Ideal Background
- Comfortable translating business, UX and content requirements into executable digital experiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues before launch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting enterprise websites, e-commerce platforms or large-scale digital ecosystems is a plus
