Solomon Page is recruiting  for an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR for a client serving approximately 750 team members. Leading a team of five, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to shape HR strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and support a large, diverse workforce. This opportunity combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations.

• Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + annual bonus eligibility
• Schedule: Onsite five days per week

Responsibiliites:

• Lead, coach, and develop a five-person HR team.

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational needs.

• Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, consistency, and discretion.

• Guide performance management and coach leaders on employee development and accountability.

• Develop engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen retention and employee satisfaction.

• Align community HR practices with enterprise initiatives and business priorities.

• Support an inclusive workplace that attracts, develops, and retains talent.

Required Qualifications:

• At least seven years of HR management experience.

• Experience leading an HR team and serving as an HR business partner across multiple business functions.

• Experience supporting a large, diverse workforce of exempt and nonexempt employees.

• Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.

• PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Availability to work onsite in Hingham five days per week.
