Solomon Page is partnering with an organization to find an experienced, people-focused HR leader for an 800 employee healthcare organization   This is a great opportunity to partner with senior leadership, lead the HR team, and shape an employee experience focused on engagement, development, and retention.

• Director of Human Resources & Workplace Culture
• Peabody, MA | Full-time onsite
• $140,000–$165,000 base salary + annual bonus eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies that support business goals and a positive workplace culture.

• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team development.

• Guide workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.

• Manage complex employee relations matters.

• Lead engagement and recognition initiatives that support retention and internal growth.

Required Qualifications:

• At least seven years of HR management experience.

• Experience leading an HR team and supporting multiple business functions.

• Experience supporting a large, diverse workforce of exempt and non-exempt employees.

• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and coaching skills.

• PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification is a plus.
