Solomon Page is recruiting for a Director of Human Resources on behalf of a healthcare organization in Dallas, Texas. The organization serves more than 1,700 residents and employs approximately 800 team members. The Director of Human Resources will lead the HR team and partner with senior leadership on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and leadership effectiveness. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience within a continuing care community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

• Base Salary: Starting at $140,000, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

• Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, consistency, and discretion.

• Oversee performance management and support employee development and accountability.

• Develop engagement and recognition initiatives that improve retention and encourage internal growth.

• Align HR strategies with organizational initiatives and business priorities.

• Help create a workplace where team members feel valued and supported.

Required Qualifications:

• At least seven years of HR management experience.

• Experience leading an HR team and serving as an HR business partner across multiple business functions.

• Experience supporting a large, diverse workforce of exempt and nonexempt employees.

• Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and relationship-building skills.

• PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification is a plus.
