We're hiring a Digital Asset Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA for a top media & entertainment company!

• Pay Rate-$26.54/hr 
• Contract:11/5 for now but could be sooner or extended Till FT employee on Leave comes back

Key Responsibilities

• Asset & DAM Management: Oversee the delivery, maintenance, storage, and transfer of digital assets to ensure a clean, organized, and accessible DAM ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external partners to obtain files, maintain organization, and keep assets up-to-date.
• Metadata & EPG Management: Edit and format complex EPG metadata Excel spreadsheets with zero errors.
• Content Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of active, upcoming, and archival media content and documentation.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Uncompromising Attention to Detail: Flawless accuracy in grammar, spelling, and metadata data entry.
• Data & Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for formatting, organizing, and preparing metadata sheets.
• Organization & Process Management: Proven ability to manage large volumes of digital files, maintain strict file structures, and manage time effectively.
• Communication: Clear, concise communication skills for collaborating across internal departments and with external partners.
