Solomon Page is partnering with a nationally recognized health system to recruit OB/GYN physicians for expanding women’s health programs throughout Central Florida. Physicians can choose from multiple communities across the greater Orlando area and pursue a traditional OB/GYN practice, a hospital-based role, or a combination of both. This opportunity offers the flexibility to find the practice setting and schedule that best align with your career and lifestyle goals.
Opportunity Highlights:
Traditional OB/GYN Practice
- Multiple practice opportunities available throughout the greater Orlando area
- Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with established clinical and midwifery support
- Join growing teams with the resources of a nationally recognized health system
- Access to maternal-fetal medicine, minimally invasive GYN, endocrinology, menopause care, and additional specialty services
- Mentorship and structured onboarding available for physicians completing training
OBGYN Hospitalist
- Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling with 12-hour shifts
- Full-time physicians typically work 14 shifts per month with day and night options
- Advanced maternity resources including OB emergency departments, inpatient MFM, and Level IV NICU support at select campuses
- Option to combine hospital-based shifts with an outpatient OB/GYN practice
- Opportunities to establish a preferred campus or work across multiple locations
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base compensation with additional incentive opportunities
- $50K signing bonus plus relocation assistance
- Generous PTO, CME allowance, and reimbursement for licensure
- Resident stipends available for physicians currently completing training
- Annual quality incentive of up to $35,000
- No state individual income tax in Florida
