We're looking for a finance leader to partner with senior executives and connect financial strategy to business goals. You'll run planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for core business lines, steer strategic initiatives, and make sure key programs deliver on time, on budget and with the expected return.

• Finance Director – Business Finance & Strategy
• Compensation: $140,000-$180,000
• Location: Irvine, CA - hybrid 

Responsibilities:

• Own annual budgets, long-range plans and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
• Assess growth, efficiency and cost-saving options, and recommend the best path forward.
• Act as Finance's voice on cross-functional initiatives, linking projects to company-wide goals.
• Dig into operational challenges, find root causes, and turn data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Present results and forecasts to senior leaders and executives, and advise them on key opportunities and risks.
• Build scalable processes and strong partnerships across Finance, Legal, Product, Technology and HR.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team that values accountability and continuous learning.
• Improve financial systems, processes and reporting tools for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold regulatory, internal control and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
• Financial services background required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Hybrid schedule with at least 2 days per week onsite.

Base salary is one part of a total rewards package. The expected annual base range is $140,000–$180,000. Final pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
