Solomon Page is partnering with our client, a leading consumer products company, to hire a Corporate Recruiter for a 6-month remote contract. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams and partner closely with hiring stakeholders to support recruiting needs and strategies. The Corporate Recruiter will source and engage talent while helping move candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding.

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 6-month contract
• Pay Rate: $59.33/hour
• Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through web sourcing, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Support campus and diversity recruiting initiatives and recruiting events.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Lead interview debriefs and collaborate with hiring teams on offer decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Greenhouse ATS, recruiting trackers, and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ year of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• DVM recruiting experience required, along with veterinary and vet tech recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience sourcing candidates through the web, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, executives, and internal and external partners.
• Experience recruiting underrepresented talent and working with diversity organizations.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, prioritization, and time-management skills.
