This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, influence hiring decisions, and play an important role in the organization's continued growth.

• Salary 190k to 200k -onsite 

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Director-level through executive leadership positions.

• Partner closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Proactively identify, engage, and assess high-caliber leadership candidates.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and prospective candidates.

• Provide market insights, recruiting recommendations, and a high-quality candidate experience.

• Manage multiple searches while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience recruiting Director-level and senior executive talent.

• Polished, professional, and confident interacting with senior leadership.

• Excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and executive presence.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.

• Technically savvy, organized, resourceful, and proactive.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.

• Open to candidates from a variety of industries.
