We are seeking an experienced Manager, Dialer Controls & Operations to lead dialer strategy, campaign execution, controls, and operational effectiveness. This role will oversee dialer administration, optimize outbound contact strategies, ensure compliance and operational accuracy, and support the migration from LiveVox to AWS Amazon Connect.

• Pay range:$70/hr on w2 to $90/hr on w2

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize dialer operations, including campaign setup, outbound dialing, SMS strategies, and day-to-day administration.
• Support and lead migration efforts from LiveVox to AWS Amazon Connect.
• Ensure proper controls, validation, and reconciliation processes are followed before and after campaign launches.
• Develop and execute dialer strategies, including campaign sequencing, segmentation, timing, capacity planning, and channel utilization.
• Lead and mentor dialer administrators by creating procedures, job aids, and quality control processes.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LiveVox and AWS/Amazon Connect.
• Expertise in dialer administration, campaign configuration, troubleshooting, and outbound contact strategies.
• Experience implementing and maintaining operational controls and compliance validation processes.
• Proven ability to develop dialer strategies that improve performance and customer engagement.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and providing technical oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve campaign effectiveness and operational performance.
