Solomon Page is partnering with our client, a leading e-commerce and consumer retail company, to hire a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 3-month contract based in Ocala, FL. This is a hybrid-onsite opportunity supporting a high-volume fulfillment environment. The recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring for entry-level talent, build candidate pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Location: Ocala, FL | Hybrid-Onsite
• Duration: 3-month contract
• Pay Rate: $34.48/hour
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Execute recruiting and pipeline strategies based on hiring needs and business priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, identify talent, and meet hiring goals.
• Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain regular communication with new hires.
• Track recruiting goals, metrics, and hiring cycle performance and communicate status and results.
• Manage multiple competing priorities and continually reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting processes.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Strong project management and agency management skills.
• Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and build productive working relationships.
• Ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities and continually reprioritize.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Comfort with current technology and recruiting tools.
